This policy explains what information STCForge (“we”, “us”) collects on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Forms you submit — when you use our contact, quote, booking or job-application forms, we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, company, project or application details, and any links you share such as a portfolio or resume).
- Booking data — if you schedule a call through our booking page, the scheduling provider (e.g. Calendly) collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data — like most websites, our hosting and any analytics tools may record standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs.
- Preferences — your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or process your job application.
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To communicate about services you’ve asked about. We do not sell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Third-party services
We use a small number of processors to run this site: a scheduling provider (for call bookings), our hosting provider, and — if enabled — an analytics tool. Each processes your data only to provide its service, under its own privacy policy. If you land here from one of our ad campaigns, Meta or Google may use cookies for ad measurement under their policies.
Cookies & local storage
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. We use localStorage only for your theme preference. Embedded third-party widgets (e.g. the booking calendar) and analytics/ad-measurement tools may set their own cookies — you can block these in your browser settings without breaking the core site.
Data retention
Enquiries and applications are kept only as long as needed to handle them (and for reasonable business records). You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll act within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
