Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, to the services we provide. By engaging us, you agree to them.

1. Services & scope

Every project starts with a written scope (proposal, quote or plan description — e.g. our marketing packages). Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it. Estimates are made in good faith; if scope changes, timeline and price change with it — always agreed with you first.

2. Quotes, payments & cancellation

  • Fixed-scope projects are typically split into milestone payments; a deposit may be required to book the work.
  • Monthly plans (retainers, marketing packages) are billed in advance and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle — no long lock-ins.
  • Third-party costs (ad budgets, hosting, plugins, app-store fees) are separate and paid by you directly to the provider — e.g. Meta ad spend goes to Meta, never to us.

3. Ownership & intellectual property

  • Once paid for, the deliverables are yours: code, design files, content and accounts created for you.
  • We may reuse generic, non-confidential building blocks (internal tools, boilerplate, open-source components) across projects.
  • Open-source components remain under their own licenses.

4. Portfolio rights

We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to (NDA-covered work is never shown).

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content and access needed for the work, and confirm you have the rights to any materials (logos, images, text, data) you give us.

6. Marketing results

We manage campaigns and SEO professionally and transparently, but no agency can guarantee specific rankings, lead counts or revenue — anyone who does is guessing. We commit to honest reporting and continuous optimization instead.

7. Warranties & liability

We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of delivery free of charge. Beyond that, support is available under a care plan. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim; we’re not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, data loss caused by third parties, downtime of external platforms).

8. Third-party platforms

Work often depends on platforms we don’t control (Shopify, WordPress, Meta, Google, app stores). Their policy changes, review decisions or outages are outside our control, though we’ll always help you adapt.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its “last updated” date. Signed agreements always take precedence over this page.
